Common requests

  • A report that looks wrong: tell us which finding and why. If we got your survey wrong, see the refund policy.
  • Delete my survey: use "Delete my survey now" on the report page, or email us the link.
  • Questions about your boat: your surveyor is the right person. We read the survey; they saw the boat.
