What we collect
- Your survey. When you upload a PDF we extract its text. If the PDF has a text layer, we keep only the text, encrypted, and never store the file itself. If it's a scan, we keep the encrypted file only until the analysis is finished, then delete it.
- Details you type in, like the asking price or boat name. Optional, and encrypted with the survey.
- Your report, encrypted, so we can show it at your private link.
- A hashed IP address, used only to stop abuse (rate limits). We store a one-way hash, not the address.
- Payment records. Stripe handles checkout; we never see your card. We keep the Stripe session id, amount and date for bookkeeping and refunds.
How long we keep it
Survey text, your details and your report are deleted 30 days after upload, automatically. You can delete them sooner from the report page with "Delete my survey now". After deletion we keep only the payment record (no survey content).
Who processes it
- Anthropic runs the AI model that reads your survey. We send the survey text (or, for scans, the PDF) through Anthropic's commercial API, whose terms don't allow Anthropic to train its models on that content.
- Stripe processes payments. Stripe receives what you enter at checkout, not your survey. We tell Stripe only a random reference number for your report.
- Our hosting provider runs the server and database where the encrypted data lives.
What we never do
- We never use your survey to train AI models, and never sell or share it.
- We never write survey text into our logs.
- We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your private link
There are no accounts: your report lives at a long, random link. Anyone with the link can open it, so share it only with people you trust, and delete the survey when you're done.
Your choices
Delete your survey at any time from the report page, or email contact@plusevmgmt.com with your report link and we'll delete it for you.
